Jacqueline Obradors

Jacqueline Obradors was born October 6, 1966 in San Fernando Valley, California to Argentine parents. An American actress, she is more recently known for her role as Sofia, the sister to Freddie Prinze, Jr. on the show "Freddie" starting in the 2005-2006 television season. She earlier had appeared in a short-lived detective comedy, "Battery Park," after which she was chosen for the role of Police Detective Rita Ortiz on NYPD Blue which she played from 2001-2005.

Jacqueline had started out playing many background Latina characters, before her first film role in 1993, in the movie "Red Sun Rising." Later on, she had a starring role alongside Harrison Ford, as his girlfriend, in the 1998 flick "Six Days Seven Nights." It was for that role that she won a Blockbuster Entertainment Award nomination. Jacqueline also appeared in the 1999 screwball comedy, "Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigalo" as William Forsythe's wife, and as the wife of Vin Diesel in the action-thriller, "A Man Apart."

Jacqueline has also been a voice actress, appearing in "Atlantis: The Lost Empire" and the sequel "Atlantis: Milo's Return."
